Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm really glad that my trainer recommended I sign up..it seems to be a great way for me to keep track of my eating and will allow me to track my progress, etc.

I really like that so many different foods (and measurements) are represented..even the chain restaurant salad we had for lunch today....so incredibly helpful.

I wish all of you the best of luck.....it'll be nice having built in support...

    Welcome! I agree wholeheartedly with your trainer. This is so much easier than looking things up and writing them down. It makes the journey a lot more seamless.

    I wish I had a trainer. Hmm. I think I need to work on that.

    I find it's so much easier to keep myself from eating late at night if I log my food and I get instant feedback as to what nutrients I'm getting as the day wears on. It's a really easy system to use and like you said, there's *tons* of foods in the database. I hope you'll like it here!
