PX90 Abs
Anyone know how much this will burn calorie wise? Just curious. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week for about 45 minutes, and on my off days I would like to incorporate more Tae Bo, PX90, Yogo and other things to keep me going..aside from chasing after 3 little boys.

Can't tell My Mom anything

40 days into my journey..subtle changes
I've lost 6lbs and many more inches..I went from a size 18 to a 14/16 depending on the brand. So people at work are commenting on the fact that my face is smaller so I thought I would post before and after Before (October 2011) After (Today Feb 2012) Hoping the pictures are posting...LOL OMG they are huge sorry about that..

wow that sounds wierd huh? Seriously though, I am a 33 yo mother of three beautiful boys..and need to lose about 47lbs. Lost 1 pound my first week...need encouragement
I lost a pound this week. I was hoping for 2 but hey it's one pound closer to my goal. I feel stronger already and my clothes are fitting a bit better but I want to see my numbers drop on the scale. I have a very athletic build have my whole life. It's from years of basketball, softball, volleyball and skiing. Three kids…
