Not a delay but my cycle went from 28 days (I had a baby 9mths ago) to 21-23 days..so the excersise has made it fluctuate a bit.

It's a 30 day shred and there are three levels.. You should be doing each level for 10 days before moving on.

I'm loving it!!! I did 11 days on level one and yesterday moved to level II. I'm loving level II so far and I am seeing a difference,,my clothes fit awesome.

have high protein snacks..nuts, chex mix, bananas, apples..things that you don't have to prepare. I made easy ham and veggie soup to take with me to work all week for lunch. For this reason I am stepping away from the scale. I'm using measurements and monthly weigh ins. I was getting discouraged because the weight just wasn't falling off. Then I took pictures...and I can see that my body has changed even if the scale reflects 6lbs.

Ageed 100%!!! This is why I will not be weighing myself but once a month. I have more endurance and can fit into clothes I couldn't two months ago..this is success even if the scale says 5lbs gone!

It's not uncommon for your muscles to retain water in the beginning which will cause the scale to move up..hang in there. Measurements are probably most accurate.
