So i just started a new job yesterday and there is no access to a microwave or fridge. i am used to bringing healthy leftovers that i can heat up but now im stumped for healthy meals!
And now today I am 136.8.... is it normal to be almost a pound and half less in one day?!
What kind of coffee creamer do you put in your coffee/tea? Best to go the sugar free route or fat free?
Do any of you ladies out there take this? I assume you use it as a meal replacement after workouts but do any of you see results from using it if you do?
I've been finding I'm always going over my fiber goal for the day. How much fiber is too much? Is it possible to have too much? Help!
