i usually weigh in every Monday but decided to do it again today because I was let down to see the scale go up a pound from last week. I guess we shouldn't really be concerned unless its more than that?

Yes, I always do it first thing in the morning after I go to the bathroom and have drank or ate NOTHING.

Jello Sugar Free Fat Free chocolate fudge pudding mix with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Throw some strawberries on top! you can have a cup of pudding for 100 calories and 8 carbs!

Too much protein cant really hurt you. You should be eating half your weight minus four- in total amount of grams. The amount set on here is pretty low to be honest. But id rather eat too much protein, than to try to meet my caloric goal with carbs!

i did weight watchers for four months and lost almost 30 pounds but 3 years later, i have gained about 10 pounds of that back.... There is no quick fix diet. you have to make it your lifestyle. Make it a habit to write down and log everything you eat. You will be surprised how quickly your calories add up!

sushimi is the healthiest choice of all because theres no extra calories from the rice. But if you arent a fan of that, which I am not, I usually stick to plain rolls, and try to substitute the white rice for brown. I just bought the 100 calorie muffins in the freezer section last night and allowed myself one for dessert. DELICIOUS! Especially if you have a sweet tooth. Pack full of fiber too :)

it depends! both are good for you if they are whole wheat and filled with fiber! often times, i find regular white wraps contain way more calories than traditional white bread, but stick to whole wheat, and high fiber and you should be good!!!

I try to limit to one meal a day containing bread! Otherwise it ends up being WAY too many carbs!
