Does anyone else have this problem and what do you do to help with the issues? I find that every time I am stressed I reach for food because it makes me feel good. With me fighting Fibro and my weight all it takes is someone to say something ugly to me and I am stuffing food down my throat.
Since many of us on here have Fibro and are trying to live healthier and happier lives I thought we would start a message board with ideas that we could post to daily and see how each other is doing....good day or bad day....give ideas on how to handle different situations....I hope all of you will use and give some input…
