Since many of us on here have Fibro and are trying to live healthier and happier lives I thought we would start a message board with ideas that we could post to daily and see how each other is doing....good day or bad day....give ideas on how to handle different situations....I hope all of you will use and give some input as well.

My Ist Topic for thought....Sometimes I have a hard time getting things done. When I wake up in the morning I try to assess what kind of day I am going to have. I know that I have to work and take care of certain responsibilities but what can I actually accomplish that day. I base what I can get accomplished on how I feel and if I push myself too hard then I know that I am going to pay for it the next day.:drinker:

  • Well I for one did not get enough sleep last night. Not enough sleep is a sure fire way to have a bad day with Fibro. One of the groups that publish information for Fibro stated that you should go to bed by ten every night and get up by six every morning. Not only does this give you enough sleep but your body gets in a routine and our bodies need routine.

    I am having a bad day generally and I hope that everyone else is having a good day.:yawn:
