How Do U Log Exercise Time
How do you guys log exercise times? I've been recording about 2/3 of my time as I understand the estimates are off. So if I'm on the treadmill for 15 minutes, I record 10 minutes. And I haven't been recording strength training at all. I just want to make sure I'm not over eating for my calorie burn.

Strenght Training - How Often
I'm really wanting to build muscle and drop some fat. Do I have to take a day off between strenght training? I've heard that but not sure if that's "old school" or still the recommendation. I'd like to do it every day, at least for the arms.
