I Am Having A Hard Time!!!!
I am just wondering is anyone can offer some advise on this. I used to eat only one meal a day (dinner) and usually later in the evening (7-8pm). I find now I am having a very very hard time trying to take in 1200 calories per day. With the water I am consuming I feel full, blaoted and sometimes even a little nauseous.…

DAY 2 - Weight Lost 3.6 Pounds
I actually had to shake my head, wipe my eyes and weigh myself 5 times to make sure the scale was right. I can't believe what a difference eating right and excercice make in just a short time. I am so excited. Just had to share with someone :)

Is It Normal To.....
Lose 3.6 pounds in 2 days. I went from eating one meal a day to eating three, I excercise only 20 minutes a day (to start), I am monitoring my calories etc through this site and am also taking a fat burner. Need recipe for 500 calorie dinner
