  • I had the same issue. I ate 600 - 700 calories a day and now I am supposed to be eating 1500 not including my extra for calories burned. I eat allot of small meals. When I dont feel "hungry" I grab a handful of nuts.
  • I haven't eaten KFC since I was a kid...now that I am dieting I want it all the time....mind you it doesn't help that there is one directly across from my gym so everytime I am on the tradmill I see the bucket

  • My weekly weight loss is set up at 2 pounds per week with a 1500 caloric intake. I am nto anywhere near that right now as I only just started. I am 5'7 and 291 lbs. It sais I should be taking in 1590 calories with a minimum of 1200 (or my body goes into starvation mode).

  • Preferably something low in fat and with chicken as it is the only meat I eat. Any help would be awesome..I am getting tired of the same thing day in and day out. Oh yeah, no spice for me either just garlic and pepper. No salt either :)

  • I am sure I will be doing it over and over. I said I wasn't going to look at the scale until I had been dieting one week. But I felt so good I could not help but look and I am glad I did. It just gave me that much more confidence and incentive :) I LOVVVVE this site :)
