!000 Squat Leaps Challenge!!
Hey guys New challenge this week lets all try and do 1000 squat leaps today... ( I got squat leaps from Bodyrock.tv) If you can't jump try just doing squats or a wall sit for a minute 10 times... Let me know how you guys like this one and if you need a video posted!

1000 High Knees Challenge!
Hey guys this week lets try and do 1000 High knees! its a great workout you can cut it up into sets and do 10 sets of 100 reps and just do them throughpout the day! I am not sure how many calories it is but I assume its as much or more than jumping jacks!

1000 Jumping Jacks a day Challenge
I am going to try and do 1000 jumping jacks a day which would be about 500 calories a day by the end of the week we would have burned 3500 which is the amount of calories needed for a pound !!! Anyone want to give this a shot with me?!??!?! It really doesnt take that long and we could break it up in to 10 sets of 100 reps…
