Weight gain after starting exercise
Hi, I was losing weight without exercise then I decide to speed up the process and buy a bike. After burning an average of 600 calories this week and eating my allowed calories. I seemed to gain weight. Is it normal? I was 366 before exercising now I'm at 373 :( Thanks for any help.

Weight question
Hi, I have a question I was in the hospital last week and the hospital scale said I was 383 lbs. Well that shocked me so I start using MFP. So today i went to the doctor for a follow up and the dr scale said I has 368 lbs. But it has only been one week. Which should I go by? My home scale doesn't go past 250 :(

Exercise question - Pain behind the head/upper neck area
Hi, I'm new and I have a question. Whenever I exercise I get this burning pain behind my head/neck area. Is that normal? Do I keep pushing it through or just ease off? I mean i happens in the first 5 minutes and on top of that I run out of breath fairly quick. Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

Calorie question - Left over net calorie
Quick question. I'm 6'4 383 pound and the program says that I can have a calorie balance of 2500 calories. But that seems like a lot. I have only been at for 2 days but I usually end up with 700 to a 1000 net calories left over. Is that okay? Do I need to eat those calories? Apparently my body needs about 4000 calories not…
