Does anyone live in/near Wantage, Oxfordshire?
Hiya. I was wondering if there is anyone else in the Wantage area? I'm starting my weight loss 'journey' again and was hoping to find someone to go to the gym with.

Any one from the UK here?
Hiya. I'm not new to MFP but am back on here after a 'little' break. I really want/need to loose about 100lbs and would like as much support as possible, I'm willing to give it too. I'm hoping to make some new friends in the UK as we will share the same food and shops, so please feel free to add me

Gym Support
I guess this is aimed at ladies of a certain size. I'm having trouble with my boob support in the gym. I'm a 34GG and have a shock absorber sports bra - it's the best one I’ve had by far but I still find myself sore after a workout. :blushing: Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can improve this?

Gym buddy?
I'm really struggling with exercise. I'm 'happy' to eat all the right things and cut down on alcohol but when it comes to becoming more active I'm not doing it. I hate going to the gym or out for a walk on my own, I just can't seem to motivate or encourage myself. My other half goes to the gym at his work but he works far…

Hula & Skipping
Hi Everyone, I'm really new to all this, including exercise but I'm starting to go to the gym two evenings a week and I am trying to go swimming one evening a week but I’d like to do something at home too. Has anyone tried skipping or hula hooping? Do they work?
