2 Small pieces of fruit put me over the sugar limit. Does everyone else just not eat fruit?
I eat nothing with real white table sugar. Two small pieces of fruit put me over the sugar limit. The apple is 4 oz and the banana is 4 oz. Does everybody just leave fruit off the diet?
I am on my 3rd day. My calorie goal is supposed to be 1200 calories. When I log exercise, it is added to my calorie goal. That is confusing to me.
