I've heard many schools of thought. I know frequent meals are good and high protein. Can anyone enlighten me more on eating effectively and perhaps show me a sample menu or something? Thanks!

Cardio Machine Calories... What a crock!
the other day I did cardio on the arc trainer; the machine said I burned 600 calories, HRM said 300. Same thing with jogging on the treadmill; machine said I burned close to 600 calories. Nope. someone told me the other day that u won't see/feel the effects of your consistent workouts for 3-4 weeks... Do u think that's true? I know when I workout I always feel mentally better but I also always feel like I never look different even when others make comments that they can tell. Thoughts?
