Seeing a huge pattern in my eating problem...
I am fabulous with my choices until around 3 or 4 when I come home....then I am soooo hungry, no healthy snack satisfies me, and I crave sugar or wine! I realize I have a sugar addiction. Does anyone take a Saturday or Sunday off and still lose?
I like my Saturdays...a lot....I like to make a nice dinner or go out and not have to pay attention to logging, but I don't go crazy or anything with binge eating....does anyone else do this and still lose?

Weekends are the WORST
I did great all week until I went out with a guy on a Match.com date and had two glasses of wine, and came home and raided my fridge.....please give me words of support that I am not the only on earth that does this...keeping it real...19 pounds to go....

Rely on MFP calories burned or elliptical machine?
If MFP says I burned 450 calories on the elliptical but the elliptical reads 400, which one would you go with? I am thinking the machine knows best....thoughts?

Bikram Yoga- How many calories burned?
I am 5'6 and 160 pounds. I do Bikram Yoga twice a week. I have read that you burn 700-1000 calories doing it for the 90 minute class. I am not sure I buy that. I put in 550 calories since it doesn't get my heart rate going like other cardio workouts. What do you think?
