This sounds crazy but I love milk. I can drink at least three or four glasses a day and it is very satisfying. Am I alone in this?

Nope, I love it too! If I didn't restrain myself I could go through 1L a day.
Right now I fill a measuring cup every morning with half cows milk and half Almond milk. I hate the taste of almond milk on it's own :confounded:

That's a great idea! My daughter loves chocolate almond milk but I have never tried it. It scares me.

I only do that mix to keep the carbs and calories down, plus my skin doesn't react wel to too much milkl. I drink many cups of milky tea everyday.

I love milk too, but I don't drink that much. One or two small glasses (80 ml each) of whole milk most days, up to 440 ml total (including cooking) on extreme days. If you feel you need 3-4 glasses (and I suspect those glasses are "cups", 250 ml), I doubt it's very satisfying. Milk is a great food, but we need variety, don't let it squeeze out other things that provide other important nutrients.

I used to when I was growing, but since then have stopped. And I can do without all that sugar, anyway. Now cheese and yogurt are my dairy products of choice, and I eat them daily :)

I also like to get my calcium from collards, kale, arugula, bok choy, etc. Otherwise I'm pretty low, day to day.

Yeah what else am I gonna dunk my oreos in...or sometimes mix my protein powder in if I want it creamy. Lactose-free for my throwback digestive system, but I still prefer normal milk to soy or almond or any of that.
