  • I am not an alcoholic, just a lover of wine with a huge tolerance. My girlfriends in thier 40's and I like to drink and chat and it adds up over three or four hours. I drank a bottle of wine between 2:00 to 8:00 at night...900 calories....ugh...this was last Sunday...

  • UPDATE::: I logged in my calories and food and still have 335 left! It's a messy list of snacks for dinner but it's quite comical what three glasses of wine can make someone eat....will try harder tomorrow but I feel better that I tracked it (or attempted to with margin for error!)
  • I had three glasses...really not buzzed...I'm just tired and need a day of not logging....I know I will regret it tomorrow but right now I just want to watch mindless TV and forget calories....no more eating tonight by the way :)

  • I LOVE milk. It is good for me, I have no health issues with it, and am a big milk supporter! I drink one percent milk, and by the way, creamer is what we put in our coffee in the US.   • I have used tons of things....from very expensive to cheap. My favorits now are yes, PONDS!! It smells awesome and does a great job. I also use CereVe and coconut oil sometimes.....I can't afford Botox but these are my favorite products for my skin.

  • I did this last night....drank wine and then got insanely hungry and began snacking.....not going to worry because today is a new day....lightly salted popcorn and some tea is always my go to.
