What is your calorie goal? I am 112 lbs and my weight goal is 105 lbs. I'm 4'11". I've upped my calories to 1300, because staying on a 1200 calorie diet, I've been starving everyday. Numbness/Pain in right leg..
Hey I was wondering if any one gets some numbness/ slight pain in their right leg while jogging on the treadmill. It seems to start from my ankle to my calf and it feels like my calf muscle is going to cramp.. I used to be able to run at 6.0 mph on the treadmill a couple years ago but I can't anymore.
