50 Miles in June
So my very good friend suggested that we challenge each other to run 50 miles in June. We had several friends immediately say they wanted in, and thought others would want to join and keep each other in check! its actually pretty easy... 2.4 miles on weekdays only. Befriend if you wanna have some friendly competition!

Workouts on HULU
If you have HULU, there is a Wake Up Workout, all sorts of 20 minute stuff. I've only done the cardio burn yoga, but there is everything else, even dance. A friend suggested it to me, so I'm passing it on.

I'm done losing the pounds.. but I was only inspired to work out cause I was seeing the number go down.. Now what?? I want to keep it off, and get muscules..What do y'all do? Run? how long? weights?

If anyone is doing this, please friend! I just started and it's kicking my butt. I feel like its the effects of the 30 day shred... a lot of the same moves.. and would love for someome to guide me or experiment with me on the different work outs to see what is the most effective and fun.
