horrible day
I have had a horrible day. Got bad news, PMS'ing.....so on and so on. And I've only had about 650 calories today....I just don't wanna eat, but in the back of my mind I wanna binge. Any advice!?

How did my weekend hiatus turn into 5 days? I'm so disgusted right now. But, I woke up and decided to jump back on the wagon. Wish me luck......

I just did Leslie Sansone's 3 mile workout DVD for the first time....usually I do 2 miles!! Yay for me! :bigsmile:

Small victory today!!
I had a potluck at school today and there were all sorts of sweets and what not there. Instead, I had the healthy stuff of pulled pork, some fruit, and I indulged on 2 cookies that I had plenty of calories to spare for! I feel so great! :bigsmile:

Hi everyone! I hope everybodyhad a great day! I just had to give myself a big pat on the back....I DID NOT want to exercise today, but I DID IT ANYWAY! I feel so proud of myself. So I did the 2 mile workout today ( I have the 1, 2, 3, 4 mile) and I felt really good afterwards. That is a sufficient program for a beginner excerciser right? Thanks!
