Stress Eating
I have a big paper due tomorrow and I have a huge tendency to stress eat. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cope with the urge to eat? Or any tips at all? All help is appreciated!

Feeling discouraged
This coming Saturday will mark 3 weeks on MFP. Maybe it's totally unrealistic to see weightloss in this time frame or maybe my calories are off but I'm just not losing. :frown: I'm in college and a lot of nutritional information is not available in the dining hall so I have to guesstimate a lot so maybe that's it? To scale or not to scale? That is the question...
I'm a college student and I don't have a personal scale and I'm wondering if I should get one. It stinks to log food every day and see "0 LBS LOST" glaring at me in red. My school's gym has a scale (the old balance kind) but I'm not sure how accurate it is and it's in public and so on. Advice? Please?

Hi! So i got back in the pool for the first time since quitting swim team six years ago and my endurance is absolute poop! My arms really sore and I'm feeling a little put out.
