Hi! So i got back in the pool for the first time since quitting swim team six years ago and my endurance is absolute poop! My arms really sore and I'm feeling a little put out.
Could anyone recommend some sets to ease me back into swimming? Maybe intervals? (I have pretty good stroke knowledge though my butterfly has always been bad)
