what to do after C25K?
Hello everyone, I am a week away from finishing C25K programme, and am wondering what to do afterwards? I want to carry on running, but am not sure how to carry on? can I now run every day? I have heard of 'B210K' (Bridge to 10K) and wondered if anyone had done it and whether it was any good. Thankyou x

I have started doing couch to 5k, and have bought trainers in my normal shoes size (3). I have been getting pain in my left leg and toes, although the right foot and leg is fine.
