Hello my lovelies,
I have heard recently about 'miracle noodles' or shirataki noodles, which are zero calories, zero carbs and contain fibre. perfect huh? Apparently you can buy them in asian supermarkets. I live in Oxford, but can't seem to find them anywhere? Any ideas anyone? You can buy them online, but it costs quite a bit, as they come in water, so I want to avoid buying them that way. Would be grateful for any ideas.
