New to running - new to 5K
Need tips! I have recently started the C25K program. Over the last 6 weeks I have had the opportunity to run/walk 3 individual 5K's. My time is pretty slow because I am walking part of the time. 11 - 12 minutes per mile. What is the best way to build my endurance so I can run the entire 5k without walk breaks?? Any help…
