Hybrid Workout Schedule HELP!!

Does anyone have hybrid workout schedules they would like to share? I have the following DVD's and access to a gym:
30 day Shred/Jillian Michaels
Rockin' Body/Sean T
Hip Hop Abs/Seat T
Insanity/Sean T
I would love input on how to work in Zumba/Yoga and running once or twice a week. I could work with a 30 day, 60 day or 90 day plan. HELP!! I signed up for a Masterclass with Sean T in 91 days and I need to be fit enough to blend in with the crowd, wouldn't want to totally embarass myself :-)
If it helps I completed Insanity in early February and have mostly done Zumba, Yoga, walk/run intervals with free weights since completing the 60 day Insanity program.

Many of us do workouts back to back. If time permits do one in the morning and one in the evening to keep your metabolism running faster. If lifting weights, lift first then cardio.0

err, my advice is don't plan, just do.
i had planned to run alternate days, and lift on the others. tuns out lifting leaves me too sore to run the next day. now i lift, then run, and take the next day off, or go cycling. that's worked out for a week so far, but i am quite tired, so i will reconsider the cycling part :-)0 -
