Would you like to share your hybrid calendar?? I just received Rockin' Body and my daughter has 30 day shred and plus I completed Insanity in February, would love to mix them up. Please share :-)

raisan bran cereal and tuna subs from subway........could not tolerate chinese food, sweet tea and BBQ pork and I am a southern girl so this was particularly tragic!!
-
Insanity workout DVD's and kettlebells :-) Zumba shoes would be nice too.
-
Breakfast for dinner :-) turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and homemade waffles fresh off the waffle iron. My nine year old request this at least once a week. Oh, and some strawberries too.
-
Great job! Inspiring tips you shared! Keep up the good work.

Great ideas, wouldn't have thought to include rolled oats in my smoothie. Cool. I need to settle on a good protein powder to add to my smoothies too.

I may be the newest newbie :-) Got back into fitness in December 2011. Currently I mix free weight circuits with cardio, some Zumba classes, and Yoga. I just started C25K just a week and a half ago. This is my second week. I was motivated after walking a 5K with my sister-in-law, it was a Cancer benefit and my…

I actually work out 5-7 times a week depending on family/work commitments. I do a combo of Zumba, Yoga, Strength training and just started my 2nd week of Couch to 5K. So add me if you like.

What 35andrunning said.......exactly the same thing my husband told me. I recently started the Couch to 5K program, I am on Week 2. Since said husband went to college on a track scholarship I have to assume he knows what he is talking about

I have been considering implants due to the aftermath of breastfeeding and pumping myself. The girls are definitely as perky as they used to be. Question, did you have a lift and implant or just the implants??? Love to know?

I am not a trainer but I have recently added tabata training to my other fitness training and quickly dropped 2% BF. It was introduced to me, believe it or not, by my daughters (40+) dance instructor that was getting her Sr. Dance company in shape over the summer. This 2% drop happened without altering my nutiriton, simply…

Absolutely RUNNNNN don't walk away from this trainer and like others have said, you really don't owe him any detailed reason for changing trainers. You deal with tempations everyday in many forms but this is simply one temptation/distraction that could ruin the most important thing in your life............your relationship…

I have a white cotton Jessica McClintock sundress and a pair of jeans I saved from my early twenties that I would like to put on again, not necessarily a fashion statement.......... It is more about how lean and physically fit I felt back in those days when I was actually a fitness instructor.

A Ghiradelli dark chocolate square and sleepytime tea makes for a heavenly nightime snack. In the afternoon I often crave chips and salsa so I use the Special K chips (sea salt) in lieu of tortilla chips. I also indulge in almonds from time to time, but not too often because of the high fat and calorie content.

Oh yeah!!! My entire family just hit the grocery store after leaving the gym :-) We definitely wear our sweat with pride!!! Such a small town that our gym is surrounded by drugstores, dollar stores and grocery stores so I suppose they are accustomed to seeing us "get our sweat on."

One Twilight Instense Dark Chocolate Square and Sleepytime Mint tea at night...........It feels very indulgent. If you are craving Pizza do a Flatbread Pizza made at home. I actually prefer it because it is so thin and crispy. Also nothing wrong with a lean burger and some oven fries or wedges. My kids have fallen in love…

So far............. Breakfast - Poached egg with 2 slices of wheat toast and some fresh watermelon Snack - 4 chocolate covered mini pretzels Lunch - Subway salad with chicken and loads of veggies, one slice of wheat bread and a wildberry simply fruit roll-up, The watermelon was the last of the fresh fruit in the house.…

After a long search for a creamy dressing..................Bolthouse Yogurt Ranch, only 45 calories for 2 TBSP has saved me from other lowfat tasteless ranch dressings. I also love Walden Farms Lime Basil and their Raspberry Vinagrette. My favorite Salsa is homemade and I often make it myself just for side salad, but when…

I am 5'6" and my goal is 125. I really really want a flat stomach. Even as a teen weighing an awkward 113 lbs. I still had a belly pooch, I want it gone!! So I guess if I weighed a little more but had finally gotten flat abs I would be happy!
-
Thanks for the info................and I would say 310 lbs. is more than a few! Congrats on your success!

This topic is relatively new to me too! I would also like to know what is the general benefit of using HRM, are you trying to accurately calculate calorie burned or are you trying to achieve greater fitness levels or both?
-
Special K chips - sea salt - I will do about 15 chips with 2 TBSP. of the Great Value Lime and Garlic salsa for like 85 calories. Another crunchy snack I love to eat is about 8 rice crackers with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese for about 90 calories. Don't knock a mini bag of M & M's to satisfy a chocolate craving for just…

Recent reads........... Born Wicked by Jessica Spotwood, Amanda Hockings Tyrelle Trilogy :-) all of these are Young adult books but fun reads. I also loved, loved, loved Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness and Angelogy by Danielle Trussoni. You should share some of your favorite books or authors too!

Female - 5' 6" tall - GW 125 - my calories run anywhere from 1200 to 1500 per day. I have a cheat day about every 2 weeks or so lately. Those days will run 1800 - 2000 calories. I started losing weight December 28th, 2011, joined MFP later on. Total weightloss since December 46 lbs. Work out 5 times a week for a minimum of…

Interestingly enough, my boss of five years recently told me she was intimidated by me. Frankly, it is a shame. She is an educated woman but has no self-esteem. I think my sense of confidence and decisiveness bothers her. I do feel as though I can do most anything if I am determined and work hard, but I also feel this way…

I agree with some of the others, perhaps you should see the doctor to make sure there are no underlying problems, but don't give up. Just keep moving, drink lots of water, and eat a variety of foods. You really shouldn't have to totally give up any particular food or food group, but just eat less of it. After a decade of…
