My 1st Hybrid - Ripped in 30/Rockin Body/INSANITY

So for the last couple of years, I've been trying different workouts - 30 Day Shred, INSANITY, Rockin Body, and Hip Hop Abs just to name a few. I noticed that I'm not as motivated when I start repeating the same workouts in a row. I heard of Hybrid schedules and couldn't find one that incorporated INSANITY unless it was with another Beachbody workout (like P90X) so I decided to make my own.
Right now, I'm taking turns doing more strength workouts (Rippedin30/Rock It Out - Rockin Body) with cardio workouts (INSANITY/Rockin Body dance portions).
Any suggestions to make my hybrid schedule better? Sometimes I add a cardio workout onto a strength day and I also leave a day for rest.
I also am incorporating Shakeology into my fitness plan.

Would you like to share your hybrid calendar?? I just received Rockin' Body and my daughter has 30 day shred and plus I completed Insanity in February, would love to mix them up. Please share :-)0
