Need menu plan ideas
So I realize I am doing horrible at this because I am throwing meals together at the last minute and counting calories after I have eaten. I need to come up with a menu plan. What are some of your favorite dinner meals to make, low calorie of course?

What vitamins and supplements do you take and what for?
I take Vitamin C One a Day Women's B-Complex with Biotin Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium combo I am thinking of adding something for energy.

What are some of the tools that have helped you lose weight?
I love my apple slicer! I seriously did not like eating apples unless they had been sliced. I eat a lot of them now. My measuring cups. My food scale. My supportive friends. My water bottle which has a way to keep track of many I have had throughout the day.

Ladies what make and model of training shoes do you have?
So I have had the same cross training shoes for some time now. I have big foot so I have trouble finding women's cross trainers I like. I have New Balance now. I am looking to get a new pair once I reach a goal as a treat. Would love to hear what you wear.

Werewolves
We had a thread on vampires I thought we needed one on werewolves. Just finished Anne Rice's "Wolf Gift". It is her take on werewolves. It was quite good, but I love most all of her stuff anyways. Anyone else read it yet or plan to? Who are some of your fave werewolves? Top of my list is Alcide from True Blood.
