So F'ing FRUSTRATED!
So I have had weight issues my entire adult life. I was a typical yo-yo dieter, never super overweight but never thing either (always around a 12) but if I needed to drop weight for any reason I could do it. Now that I have hit 30 someone seems to have sent my metabolism a memo telling her that her services are no longer…

So frustrating!
I weighed on Saturday and I weighed today and according to the satanic scale i've gained 4 pounds all while eating right and exercising. Now the rational side of my brain knows this is probably water weight but the rest of my brain is just plain disappointed and discouraged. Sigh.

I get by with a little help from my (MFP) friends...

I WANT CAKE!

Diet Fail!
I need to vent. I have a big history of lying to myself about food. I am a caterer so I work around amazing food all day long. We have our own kitchen and bakery which means I have French pastry chefs coming up to me all day saying things like " I just made the most amazing new truffle recipe you need to try it" or "what…

On track with my calories but....
I have been on MFP for almost 2 weeks and have noticed some change but I have a question. I usually come in on target with my calories but I've been having trouble getting my breakdown (protein, fat, carbs) right. Will this drastically affect my weight loss?
