Snack Time!

I know this is a common problem but help me out anyway. I do really well on my food all day long and work out at least 5 days a week but I like many others sabotage myself when it comes to night time snacking. I know it is a bad habit but after a long day lounging out with my husband and watching a movie or TV is one of my favorite things to do and that is when the cravings hit. Can anyone give me a suggestion of a salty snack that wont completely undo my day? PS-forget Kale chips I tried it and you know what they taste like? Yep, dried Kale.

    Homemade popcorn, popped on the stove with oil, is delicious. You can add just enough salt to satisfy your salt craving or use a bit of parmesan cheese.
