Potassium
Anyone else really focus on getting enough of this? I recently started to get my 4700+ mg of potassium daily (recommended amount from my reading) and I feel a huge difference in energy, not to mention, in combo with lowering sodium, I dropped 10 lbs of water in about 2 days.
