My daily calorie goal is 1470. Yesterday I consumed 1301 and today 1011. I exercised both days two times. #winning

Lifestyle Change - Not Just Weight Loss
I encourage all of you to implement sustainable changes for a lifestyle change. Do more than just loss weight. Loss weight and keep it off. Re-program yourself to be excited about eating healthy and exercising. And yes....I am preaching to the choir.
