When I eat all or nearly all of my calories(which includes my exercise cal. as well) and for kicks I press the "If everyday were like today, you'd weigh --- in 5 weeks" button. It's not even dinner yet, and I'm already way over on my carbs. I'm one of the lucky ones that can't process even whole grain carbs.
