Best things to eat at an Indian?
I have loads of calories left (1325), but I obviously still want to be healthy- not necessarily just low cal, but HEALTHY. This is also for my mum as she is trying to lose weight.

Over on protein- bad?
So I went over on protein today. I have only done this occasionally, but I just wondered if it was 'bad'. I ate healthily, so I'm thinking it doesn't really matter...?

Differing caloie burn?!
So walk jog run told me I burned 283.6 calories, and MFP said only 149... it's quite a big difference, so which should I go for?

Goal change!
Just changed my goal from 'lose weight' to 'maintain weight' and I'm really scared I'm going to put wieght on! I had my first 'new goal' breakfast and I feel better already, but still...

Zumba!
To anybody that does zumba, what do you log it as, because it's not in the database? I do the wii Zumba fitness game. And roughly how many calories an hour does zumba burn?

Cadburys Philadelphia!
Tried this a while ago, it's fab! Now don't get me wrong, I love Nutella, but chocolate philly is 86 calories for 30g, which is way less than Nutella.... Doesn't taste 'cheesy' at all. Try it, you won't be sorry :-D

Am I underweight??
I'm 18, female, 5ft exactly and 7st6lbs/ 104lbs. My mum thinks I;m underweight, but I'm not even sure what my ideal weight is! So I guess I'm asking if you think I'm underweight, and if you know what my ideal weight should be. I have a fairly muscualr build, if that makes a difference...

Guilty feelings every time I eat...
Sounds stupid, but how do I stop beating myself up everytime I eat something that's high in fat/calories? Even though I'm under my calorie goal most days, I still feel guilty!

Breakfast recipes
Does anyone know of any good (low cal) breakfast recipes? I have porridge at the moment, which I enjoy ( and sometimes toast), but I'd like some variety. Thanks in advance :-)
