going about it a little bit different
I started using the site some time ago, and some great results, but then I got lazy. I am approaching it differently this go around 1. figure out my max calories a day to stay at my current weight. 2. create a weekly deficit so i can steadily loose. 3. just monitor if it works or not. I think it will do me good to try it…

Beer for Dinner
Has anybody gave up dinner so they can drink beer instead. If you are like me the beer I like is high calorie say 174 to 270 a bottle.
