going about it a little bit different

I started using the site some time ago, and some great results, but then I got lazy.

I am approaching it differently this go around

1. figure out my max calories a day to stay at my current weight.
2. create a weekly deficit so i can steadily loose.
3. just monitor if it works or not.

I think it will do me good to try it this way. Kind of make it a game.

thoughts?

Does anybody else do it this way?

  • I'm working on finding the right balance also. I've banned the words "diet and exercise" and have replaced them with "fitness and nutrition". Feel free to add me. Maybe we can figure this out together!!
