How many calories are people eating who are participating in such things as p90x and intensity. I just want to make sure I dont go to far under. If I am going to be working that hard doing p90x I dont want to go into starvation mode

I just finished my diary for the day. When I was done I realized I was only at 960 calories for the day. I was never hungry and I had a great lean cuisine for lunch. I started this a week ago. I have kept under the 1500 cal limit set for me by MFP I am averaging about 400 to 600 cal burned during cardio 6 times a week and I am taking ripped fuel 5x.
