(something new) will it be enough

I started running 3 weeks ago in order to try and get my lungs back. I feel confident that I am ready to step it up and try to get back some definition and lose the rest of the gut. I will be starting p90x tomorrow. Now I know it is going to kick my butt. I just wanted to know if you all think this is going to be enough cardio and I should keep running or will p90X be enough. I also want to mention I really dont want to add any more calories either. Thx everyone
