How many calories does your MFP tell you to eat?
I think my recommendation of 1200 is too low. Does MFP give anyone else here a recommendation of 1200 calories a day?

Question about BMR
My BMR says I burn 1388 calories a day by doing nothing. That's with my current weight, age and so forth. Now, if I eat 1200 calories, how is this going to help when you have to take off 3500 calories a week? I'm really confused. I'm sure the answer is quite simple; I'm just not getting it. Thanks if you can help.

Follow Your Heart Salad Dressing
I have found this (in the health food store) to be a great alternative to those hydrogenated oils that are so bad for us. It's soy based also. It comes in two flavors I think. I use it on salads instead of buying store bought brands and also for anything you would ordinarily use say Miracle Whip for. It's really good.
