I want to start the p90x again and was wondering if anyone out there would like to do it with me. I want to start this weekend. I did it last year only the first 30. This time I determined to do it all the way through. Would love to have some others to challenge each other on this.

I spoke to a personal trainer/nutrionist at my job, she told me that if you burn 3500 calories a week you lose 1lb of body fat. There is 3500 calories in 1 pound of body fat. I'm going to try this challenge join if you would like.:smile:
I run every other day and lift on the others. Run a mile to a mile and half. This is my lifting routine, I do not lift heavy i do light weight and about 3 sets of 12 reps with a fourth set of as many as i can do. Chest and Triceps Back and Biceps Shoulders and Calves. Legs are worked in when i run.
