What is your Routine

I run every other day and lift on the others.

Run a mile to a mile and half.


This is my lifting routine, I do not lift heavy i do light weight and about 3 sets of 12 reps with a fourth
set of as many as i can do.

Chest and Triceps
Back and Biceps
Shoulders and Calves.
Legs are worked in when i run.

    Cardio 5-6 days a week normally right before lifting, i switch my cardio between jogging, ellpitical, and biking.
    weight training:
    mon - bis/tris/
    tues/ chest
    wends/ back
    thurs/ legs/bis
    friday/ shoulders

    on week 7 of my routine and feal a lot stronger and have added weight in all areas, will be changing my lifting routine within 2 weeks so my muscles don't get to use to my routine I have now
    (and yes i bring a binder to the gym to track all my weight and sets)

    I have yet to change it but i just started going to the gym like 6 and half weeks ago, I plan on changing it every 8 full weeks

    Here's my routine:

    Monday: Bis/Shoulders followed by 30 minutes of cardio of either elliptical, running or stair master
    Tuesday: Tris/Back followed by 30 minutes of cardio
    Wednesday: Legs (FAVORITE!) followed by 30 minutes of cardio
    Thursday: Chest, 30 minutes of cardio
    Friday: 45 minutes of cardio
    Saturday: 45 minutes of cardio
    Sunday: Rest
