Help, 4 weeks of calorie counting & put weight on
so I'm into my 5th week of my fitness pal, other than two days I'm always under my food allowance if I add on my exercise extras, I do insanity 6 times a week, again for 4 weeks now. And somehow I've put on 1lb. What's going on, can anyone offer advice please 🤷♀️

Question about fitbit and mfp
Does anyone know if you have to manually add in exercise done to mfp ( done insanity this morning) or does fitbit do it for you? It added extra calories for steps as usual ( extra 200 which doesn't seem a lot after 40 mins of insanity as well as normal activities)

Shifting the baby weight
Hi there, I've now got a 3 month old baby as well as a 4 year old. Loved insanity before gotten pregnant. Does any other new mum want a friend to help lose that baby weight? In total would love to shift 20 lbs, but realistic 10 by summer would be a start.

Trying to get back on track
Hi, been dieting/cutting since the start of feb and I have lot over a stone and a half, so I am happy. Weight loss but....
Lost around 18lb so far, although feel good about this loss I am desperate for the fat to be reduce from my stomach. First training session, and hurt myself
Hi, just started a new fitness and diet plan, and on my first training I fell over my step and sprained my ankle, hopefully it wil heel soon as I want to lose some of my baby weight. What luck!
