Question about fitbit and mfp

Does anyone know if you have to manually add in exercise done to mfp ( done insanity this morning) or does fitbit do it for you? It added extra calories for steps as usual ( extra 200 which doesn't seem a lot after 40 mins of insanity as well as normal activities)

I am wondering the same thing. If I do a stationary bike, it does t count steps but I should "earn" calories.0

It depends on your model of Fitbit. I have a fitbit One that is step based. If you want cals for non-step activities, you need to add them manually. I find it easier to add in MFP, it syncs both ways.0
