Trying to get back on track

Hi, been dieting/cutting since the start of feb and I have lot over a stone and a half, so I am happy. But recently my intake of food has increased almost without me noticing also the ' bad' stuff is increasing. I still do loads of exercise as I'm on week 6 of insanity.
But I need to get back on track otherwise all my hard work will just go to waste.
After 3-4 months how does everyone keep up with it.....
