How obsessed are you with measuring food?
I just counted every strand in a box of whole wheat sphagetti. By the way...it's 34 strands per ounce. There has got to be a better way! lol

I need food suggestions.
I am currently on a low glycemic diet and can't meet my calorie intake before I blow protein, fat and sugar off the chart. I need healthy carb suggestions that have calories, but not protein or sugar.

Protein and sugar maxed out before calories?? Help!
I am trying low glycemic foods and each day I go about 20 to 25 grams over with protein and the same with sugar if I eat fruit. I'm already 13 g over with protein today and still need over 300 calories. Any food suggestion that are high in calorie, but low in sugar and protein?
