Questions about daily calorie intake... Help!
So Myfitnesspal has me set up to intake 1350 calories to 1.5 pounds a week. However, I have calculated my TDEE to be 2315 and my BMR to be 1684. So I'm a bit confused. Sugar!
Does anyone know a safe amount of sugar to eat a day? I eat only natural sugars in foods (fruits, etc) and I feel like I'm very careful everyday. The default number they put on your diary just seems low. Anyone have any tips or a number to shoot for?
