I'm looking for a way to find my target weight for my height and bra size. I'm trying to word this delicately but I have a larger bra size and don't think I can healthily be at the target weight many websites recommend. I don't really want to 'guess' my target weight. Anyone have any suggestions?

Your bra size really has nothing to do with your ideal weight... Though it may play a role in your ideal body fat percentage.
Larger breasts don't usually have (significantly) more breast tissue than smaller ones, they have more FAT. When you're looking to lose a significant amount of fat from your body, you should anticipate fat loss from your boobies as well.

Let me ask you this: Do you NEED a target weight?

Many of us lose weight, reach our target goals, and take some time to figure out what weight/body fat% we feel best at, that we can maintain over a long period of time. Often,we end up with a different ideal weight than we originally thought.

Pick a number that is reasonable then as you get closer to that weight, readjust your goals if necessary. You have no idea how your body will look until you get closer to your ideal weight.
