Plateau (REALLY COULD USE GOOD ADVICE)
I've been at 254/255 for about two weeks now, I'm eating around 1700 calories but I'm burning around 400. So I don't think I'm eating enough or am I over eating? 25lbs lost
I'm approaching the two month mark since I've been dieting and I've dropped 25lbs so far. I started out dieting and walking, now I'm more focused on dieting and bike riding. I goal is to eventually be around 205lbs. Do you have any tips of how I can increase my overall health and new exercises?
